Title of entry: Class of 2022 Senior Profiles
About this entry: We have shared senior profiles since 2019, but we wanted to go bigger in 2022. Senior profiles share the stories of a class of students that have weathered the college experience together, but who have passions that set them apart from one another. In addition to the web features, we created a feature video; a four-page spread in our alumni magazine, The Hill; senior week social media posts; and lamppost banners that were stationed across campus featuring the seniors in time for commencement weekend. With the bar set high, we have heard younger students wondering how they can be featured when they become seniors, and one asked to take his banner home. Faculty and staff who students mentioned in response to the "Faculty or staff member who most influenced who I have become" question were extremely appreciative of the recognition, too. This project was also meaningful to students' families and friends, and alumni who had the chance to see how the college continues to support students.
