Title of entry: UGA TV spot: Powered by Purpose

About this entry: On the heels our of 2021 college football championship, University of Georgia (UGA) was in the unique position of being able to promote ourselves in the market as a "Powerhouse in Academics and Athletics". The goal of "Powered by Purpose" was to raise awareness of why we are champions on and off the field.

The new TV commercial would bring awareness on a national level, attract new prospects, and drive affinity among peers, alumni, and the general public that might not know us. We used the juxtaposition of our top academic endeavors with our top athletic achievements to define why we are powerhouse in both arenas.

The TV spot ran on major networks during football games as well as the SEC network during other athletic games resulting in a viewership of more than 95 million for the season. The video was also leveraged on CTV and our social media channels.
