About this entry: In our story, "Falling Stars," we focused on the fragility of organizational reputations in today’s high-speed, polarized world and the ways in which organizations can protect their image in a world of constant controversy. Our illustrator worked off the five-star rating idea and showed visually how quickly ratings can drop.
