About this entry: Using existing personnel and licenses, we developed Aggie Assign, a custom Microsoft Power Apps application designed to streamline development officer requests to add or remove prospects from their portfolios. This tool serves multiple stakeholders, including development officers, supervisors, portfolio strategists, and Mission-Specific Fundraising Units (Foundation & Corporate Engagement, Principal Gifts, and Regional Major Gifts).

Strategic Objectives -- Aggie Assign was designed to simplify processes, reduce errors, and improve transparency in prospect assignments:

1. Simplify the request process for development officers.
2. Reduce entry errors in prospect assignments.
3. Improve transparency and collaboration through automated approvals and notifications for key stakeholders.
