Title of entry: York Technical College Strategic Plan 2023-2027

About this entry: With the implementation of the new York Technical College(College) strategic plan, the York Technical College Foundation (Foundation) determined a new strategic plan for the Foundation was needed and that is should mirror and support the goals and objectives of the College. The York Technical College Foundation Board worked with York Technical College leadership to develop a new strategic plan. The Foundation secured the support of an external partner to assist with surveys, SWOT analysis, facilitate meetings, and assist with final design of the strategic plan. The Foundation Board is comprised of 15 members, 13 voting members who are community leaders who volunteer their time, and 2 non-voting members who are College employees, the College President and the Chief Advancement Officer who also serves as the Executive Director of the Foundation.
